No room for you

We all have at some point in our life gone through discouragement. I have and more so now, since beginning my journey, I am battling with the enemy on a daily bases when it comes to my faith. . The enemy likes to use people that you are the closest with and even the people that you go to church with and but I am learning more and more everyday that it is just the attack of the enemy.
Does the enemy want me walking with the Lord? Of course he doesn't, he wants me to live like the World and do what everyone is doing in the World. I, on the other hand, don't. I am tired of feeling like I don't fit in because I don't do what everyone else is doing. That doesn't make me a bad person, it makes me a strong person. I no longer want to blend it, I want to stand out. To be able to stand up for what I feel is right, it feels really good.  The stronger I am getting in my faith the more the enemy is trying his hardest to discourage me. Yes, there are days that the enemy does get the best of me but doesn't mean that I let him completely take over. When I have days like that I just close my eyes and start praising the Lord and ask Him for guidance and strength to defeat the enemy and I tell the enemy you have no place in my life and that he needs to leave IN THE NAME OF JESUS. You can't do it on your own, you need the Lord to help you. Remember the Lord will never leave you and He is the only one in your life that will never change, He is the same as yesterday, today and forever

When Jesus was in the wilderness the enemy tried to tempt Him in Matthew 4:1-11 but in the end, Jesus just kept saying that it is written and the enemy had to finally leave him alone.

Matthew 4:1-11 KJV
Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.
And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred.
And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.
But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple,
And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.
Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.
Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;
And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.
10 Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.
11 Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him.

There is nothing too big or too hard for the Lord. Our Lord will always be here for us, in Hebrews 13:5 it says " I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee". God is always faithful and true to His Word. When we are even going through our worse days, He is still going to be with us. Our God is a loving God and He sees Christ in us.

John 8:32 says " And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."

It is important for us to read God's Word.
When I go to church or even just sitting at the table and reading my bible, I become filled with joy and happiness. I know that one day I will be going home to be with our Lord and Savior. I hunger for God's Word and I have noticed that no matter how many times I have read my Bible, each and every one of those scriptures will always have a different meaning to them.

I will tell you that this journey is not easy but I will say this, I enjoy this journey I am on now. There are so many wonderful rewards that come with serving the Lord and I don't mean object type of reward, it is spiritually rewarding.

There will always be discouragement in our lives but we all just need to not let it control our lives because it is just the work of the enemy. Just put it in the Lords' hands and He will take care of it all.

Lord,
I come to you today asking for anyone that need guidance that you show them and for them to have strength in any battle that they are going through in their lives. Thank you for being the loving God that you are. I praise you Jesus.

In the name of Jesus
Amen
